Skills
Set up:
- Print off the balance dice from the Take-Home Resources tab (or download PDF from this page)
- Cut out the dice outline and stick the tabs together to create the dice
Description:
- Roll the dice
- Whatever balance pose it lands on, copy for 10 seconds (or as long as you can!)
- Roll it again and change to the new pose
Variations:
- Combine with traditional dice to combine different poses with each other (e.g. if you roll a 3, roll the balance dice 3 times and then try to do all 3 poses without losing balance)
- Create your own poses by tracing over the outline with another piece of paper, and then drawing your poses in the square
