Skills

Set up:

  • Print off the balance dice from the Take-Home Resources tab (or download PDF from this page)
  • Cut out the dice outline and stick the tabs together to create the dice

Description:

  • Roll the dice
  • Whatever balance pose it lands on, copy for 10 seconds (or as long as you can!)
  • Roll it again and change to the new pose

Variations:

  • Combine with traditional dice to combine different poses with each other (e.g. if you roll a 3, roll the balance dice 3 times and then try to do all 3 poses without losing balance)
  • Create your own poses by tracing over the outline with another piece of paper, and then drawing your poses in the square
