If your trial hasn't expired yet

  1. Log in to your KIDDO account
  2. Click on 'Upgrade Now'
  3. Review/update (click on 'edit') the number of students in Pre-school-Year 6 at your school
  4. Enter your payment details – you can pay by credit card or invoice
  5. Click 'Complete Membership Purchase' and your purchase will be processed immediately

That’s it — you are set to go

  • If you chose to pay via credit card, you will be emailed a tax invoice receipt for your records.
  • If you chose to pay via invoice, the KIDDO team will be in contact with you shortly to confirm details for the invoice. You will not receive access to the KIDDO website until your invoice has been paid.

My trial has expired and I'd like to purchase a membership, what do I do?

  5. Click 'Complete Membership Purchase'
