  • Click on the 'Dashboard' button in the top right-hand corner of the page (or the 'Dashboard' button next to your class if you teach multiple classes)
  • Find ‘Today’s Morning Fitness’
  • Click on the yellow box with the circular arrow
  • You can then search or scroll through all the morning fitness activities
  • Click on the one you would like to use and then click ‘Save’ and your morning fitness activity should be updated!

2. How can I change the brain break activities?

  • Click on the 'Dashboard' button in the top right-hand corner of the page (or the 'Dashboard' button next to your class if you teach multiple classes)
  • Find ‘Today’s Brain Breaks’
  • Click on the pink box with the circular arrow
  • In the black box on the right, there is a list of the selected brain break activities for the day. You can change their order by clicking on the arrows to the left of their name, or you can delete them by clicking on the rubbish bin icon to the right of their name
  • In the white box on the left, you can search or scroll through all the brain break activities. Click on the ones you would like to add and then click ‘Save’ and your brain break activities should be updated!
  • NB: You will always have three brain breaks as the system doesn't allow you to have any more or any less, but you don't have to do them all in a day

3. Can I set the week's program of morning fitness activities?

Unfortunately not. You are only able to change the morning fitness activity on the day. We are hoping to add this function in the future!

4. How can I change the weekly lesson?

  • If you simply want to change the lesson to a different lesson within the current 10-week program you are working from:

    •  Click on the 'Dashboard' button in the top right-hand side of the page (or the 'Dashboard' button next to your class if you teach multiple classes)
    • Find the box containing the weekly lesson. You can move forward or backward through the program by clicking on the arrows in the bottom right-hand corner

  • If you want to change the entire lesson to one that is not in the current program you are working from, you need to:
    • Click on the 'Dashboard' button in the top right-hand side of the page (or the 'Dashboard' button next to your class if you teach multiple classes)
    • Find the subheading ‘Programs’ (it’s between 'Assessments' and 'Lessons').
    • You will see all the programs listed. Scroll down to the Program Schedule and click on the ‘Customise’ button
    • You will then be able to delete the current program. If you change your mind or delete a program in error, you click the ‘Revert’ button and it will automatically revert to the original KIDDO program
    • Go back to the top of the page where the programs are listed and drag the program you would like to use into the Program Schedule on the dates you would like it to be used

NB: You can create your own lessons by clicking on the subheading ‘Lessons’ and then ‘Create Lesson’. You can then create a program of your created lessons by clicking the ‘Create Program’ button within the subheading ‘Programs’.

5. How can I change the skills in the dashboard?

The only way to change the skills in the dashboard is to change the program.

  • Click on the 'Dashboard' button in the top right-hand side of the page (or the 'Dashboard' button next to your class if you teach multiple classes)
  • Click on the subheading ‘Programs’ (it’s between 'Assessments' and 'Lessons')
  • Scroll down to 'Program schedule' where you will be able to see all the KIDDO programs
  • Click 'Customise'. You will now be able to delete the KIDDO programs by clicking on the blue cross in the top right-hand corner of each program
  • Drag and drop the program you created into the dates you would like it to run. It will now appear on your dashboard on the dates you have chosen

NB: You can create your own lessons by clicking on the subheading ‘Lessons’ and then ‘Create Lesson’. You can then create a program of your created lessons by clicking the ‘Create Program’ button within the subheading ‘Programs’.

6. How can I change the assessment date?

The Assessment Date is simply a suggestion – you can assess whenever you like simply by clicking on the ‘Assess Now’ button which is located on your Overview page within the class Dashboard.

When you create a program, you can input an assessment date of your choosing.

    • Progressing well (green dot)
    • May need additional help (yellow dot)
    • Needs additional assistance (red dot)
