How do I change the morning fitness activity to a different one?
Click on the Dashboard button in the top right-hand corner of the page (or the Dashboard button next to your class if you teach multiple classes), and then find ‘Today’s Morning Fitness’. Click on the yellow box with the circular arrow. You can then search or scroll through all the morning fitness activities. Click on the one you would like to use and then click ‘Save’ and your morning fitness activity should be updated!
How do I change the brain break activities to different ones?
Click on the Dashboard button in the top right-hand corner of the page (or the Dashboard button next to your class if you teach multiple classes), and then find ‘Today’s Brain Breaks’. Click on the pink box with the circular arrow. In the black box on the right, there is a list of the selected brain break activities for the day. You can change their order by clicking on the arrows to the left of their name, or you can delete them by clicking on the rubbish bin icon to the right of their name. In the white box on the left, you can search or scroll through all the brain break activities. Click on the ones you would like to add and then click ‘Save’ and your brain break activities should be updated!
Can I set the week's program of morning fitness activities?
Unfortunately not. You are only able to change the morning fitness activity on the day. We are hoping to add this function in the future!
How do I change the weekly lesson?
If you simply want to change the lesson to a different lesson within the current 10-week program you are working from, go to the Dashboard for your class and find the box containing the weekly lesson. You can move forward or backward through the program by clicking on the arrows in the bottom right-hand corner.
If you want to change the entire lesson to one that is not in the current program you are working from, you need to go into your Dashboard and find the subheading ‘Programs’ (it’s between Assessments and Lessons). You will see all the programs listed. Scroll down to the Program Schedule and click on the ‘Customise’ button. You will then be able to delete the current program. If you change your mind or delete a program in error, you click the ‘Revert’ button and it will automatically revert to the original KIDDO program.
Go back to the top of the page where the programs are listed and drag the program you would like to use into the Program Schedule on the dates you would like it to be used.
NB: You can create your own lessons by clicking on the subheading ‘Lessons’ and then ‘Create Lesson’. You can then create a program of your created lessons by clicking the ‘Create Program’ button within the subheading ‘Programs’.
How do I change the skills?
The only way to change the skills is to change the program.
To change the program, you go into your Dashboard and find the subheading ‘Programs’ (it’s between Assessments and Lessons). You will see all the programs listed. Scroll down to the Program Schedule and click on the ‘Customise’ button. You will then be able to delete the current program. If you change your mind or delete a program in error, you click the ‘Revert’ button and it will automatically revert to the original KIDDO program.
Go back to the top of the page where the programs are listed and drag the program you would like to use into the Program Schedule on the dates you would like it to be used. This will update the skills in your Dashboard.

How do I change the assessment date?
The Assessment Date is simply a suggestion – you can assess whenever you like simply by clicking on the ‘Assess Now’ button which is located on your Overview page within the class Dashboard.
When you create a program, you can input an assessment date of your choosing.
How do you identify the students who need additional support?
Click on the Dashboard button in the top right-hand corner of the page (or the Dashboard button next to your class if you teach multiple classes), and then find ‘Additional Support’. Here, you will see a list of students who may require additional support with their FMS development. If you click on the ‘More’ button, you will be able to see the students you have assessed and they will be classified as either:
- Progressing well (green dot)
- May need additional help (yellow dot)
- Needs additional assistance (red dot)
Can I skip to next week's lesson?
Yes! Go to the Dashboard for your class and find the box containing the weekly lesson. You can move forward or backwards through the program by clicking on the arrows in the bottom right-hand corner.
How do I add students?
Go into your Dashboard for the class you are wanting to add students to and find the subheading ‘Students’ (it’s between Lessons and Insights).
- To add individual students, click on the ‘Create Student’ button and complete the first name, last name, gender, and date of birth. It is optional to add the parent-guardian details/emails.
- To add multiple students, click on the ‘Import Students’ button and follow the instructions.
