Knee Bends

This activity develops baby’s sitting strength and transitions them into standing.
Set up
Have baby between your legs with feet flat and knees bent, holding your legs.
How to play
Step 1
- Lightly press down baby’s knees so they have some weight through their feet
Step 2
- After a few presses, lift baby up and down, gently landing them on their feet and encouraging them to bend their knees
