1. I am an existing KIDDO member, will I have to pay extra for Year 3 - 6?
No. If you’re an existing KIDDO member, your membership will automatically include Year 3–6 from the moment it's launched. To ensure the cost of KIDDO remains the same as it has been, we will halve the per-student fee from $2 to $1! See below:
If your membership renewal date is prior to February 10, 2025
Please use the enrolment numbers for K/Pre-school to Year 2 in the billing section of your profile. You will be charged $2 per student but will still gain access to 3-6.
If your membership renewal date is on or after February 10, 2025
You will need to update the number of students to reflect your K/Preschool to Year 6 enrolment numbers before your renewal date. The good news, is the per-student fee will only be $1 from this time, so your total student-related fee should be very similar to what is was for 2024.
2. How much will KIDDO cost when it expands to Year 3–6?
A: When KIDDO for Year 3 - 6 launches it will include the same base fee of $499, plus $1 per student. This new pricing structure will launch alongside the new K-6 content and ensures excellent value while supporting schools to engage all students in physical education and the development of physical literacy.
3. Why will the per-student fee be reduced to $1?
A: To make KIDDO even more accessible and budget-friendly! Existing members will get more for less and new members can benefit from an amazing price for a whole-of-school PE platform.
4. Does the $499 base fee include Year 3–6?
A: Yes, the $499 base fee applies to the entire K/Pre-school – Year 6 program. It covers access all of KIDDO’s comprehensive tools and resources, training, and support for teachers and schools.
5. How is pricing calculated for my school?
A: From February 10, pricing will be based on your school’s total K/Preschool – Year 6 enrolment. The total cost will be $499 plus $1 per student. For example, a school with 200 students would pay $699 ($499 base fee + $200 for student fees).
6. Does the price change if our enrolment fluctuates?
A: To keep things simple, please use student enrolment numbers that are accurate at the time you become a member (or the time of renewal). This ensures fair pricing that matches your school’s size.
7. What about if I only want to use KIDDO for my Pre-school-Year 2 classes?
A: Please use your current student enrolment numbers for Pre-school to Year 6 when purchasing. KIDDO’s per-student pricing is to allow different price points based on the overall size of the school, the number of staff, and available resources, rather than being based on specific classes or teachers using the program. This ensures fairness across different school contexts—for example, a remote community school with 50 students has different resources compared to a large metropolitan primary school. Our goal is to make KIDDO accessible for all schools.
