KIDDO Pricing Explained

KIDDO's pricing is designed to be fair and scalable so that Primary Schools of all sizes can access it.

How much is a KIDDO membership?

A Primary School membership costs $499 + $1 per student for students enrolled in Pre-school to Year 6 at your school.

How many staff at our school can access the Primary School membership?

A Primary School membership is a whole-of-school membership, giving unlimited staff at your school access to KIDDO with the option to engage families through the Parent Hub (where enabled by your schools).

Why is pricing based on student numbers?

KIDDO’s per-student pricing is to allow different price points based on the overall size of the school, the number of staff, and available resources, rather than being based on specific classes or teachers using the program. This ensures fairness across different school contexts—for example, a remote community school with 60 students has different resources compared to a large metropolitan primary school. Our goal is to make KIDDO accessible for all schools.

What if we only want to use KIDDO for one year group?

Even if you plan to start with one year group, pricing is based on your total student enrolment (Pre-school–Year 6) because your membership provides whole-of-school access (unlimited staff) and supports consistent delivery over time.
