The steps you take to renew depend on whether or not your membership has expired already.

If your membership has already expired 

(i.e. Your expiry date has already passed and you can't access your dashboard):

  1. Go to our "Join" page or click any "Join KIDDO" or "Purchase now" button
  2. Enter the number of children:
    • if you're a Primary School - enter the number of students aged kindergarten/pre-school to year 6
    • if you're an Early Learning Service - enter the number of approved places 
  3. Then click "Get started"
  4. Then, where it says "Already have an existing account" click "Log in here >" - This is very important to ensure that you retain all of the data in your existing account
  5. Enter your payment details, review your order and complete the purchase (Note - if you have a promo code, make sure you apply this too)

If your membership has not yet expired

i.e. Your expiry date is in the future and you can still access your dashboard, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in and go to your Profile

Once you’ve logged in, click on your profile (person icon), then click on the ‘Billing’ tab.

2. In the billing tab, update # students from K/PS to Year 6

Update your student numbers to reflect the number of children from Kindergarten/pre-school to Year 6. Simply click edit next to the number, update the number (if they've changed) and then click apply.

Add payment method
3. Add payment method

Click “Add payment method” and enter your credit card details, then hit the ‘Save’ button. Once that’s done, your card will be charged on the renewal date and that's also when you will receive an order confirmation/tax invoice email. And don’t worry, if you can’t pay by card, you can choose the invoice option.
