Back-to-Back

A quick partner game where children work together to stand up without using their hands, promoting teamwork and core strength.
Set up
Play this game on a clear floor space (inside or outside). Ask children to find a partner.
How to play
Step 1:
Children pair up and sit on the floor back-to-back, with their knees bent and arms crossed over their chests.
Step 2:
On the educator’s signal, they push against each other’s backs and try to stand up without using their hands. Once standing, they sit back down and repeat.
Step 3:
Switch partners after a few rounds to try with different teammates.
