We really appreciate you taking a moment to let us know.
We understand that budgets can be tight and priorities often shift throughout the year. Many schools we work with are navigating similar challenges.
To help, we’ve outlined a few common funding options and approaches schools are using below. Not all funding options are available in every state, but we’ve included some of the most common ones below.
Funding & support options
Western Australia
- Healthway Healthy Schools Program
Funding to support health and wellbeing initiatives in schools.
Applications typically close at the end of Term 1—worth keeping an eye out for the next round.
Victoria
- Active Schools
Schools may be able to access KIDDO through Active Schools funding and expert support. - ACHPER Victoria members
Eligible schools receive $100 off KIDDO membership
Queensland
- Queensland Kindy Uplift Program
Funding available for eligible kindergartens to support programs like KIDDO
Remote & regional schools (Australia-wide)
- Sporting Schools – Remote funding
Additional support is available for remote schools to access structured physical activity programs
Tip: Many schools combine grants with existing budgets to make programs like KIDDO work.
Pricing flexibility
To support different school sizes and contexts, we offer flexible pricing:
- Discounts for small schools
- A price cap of $950 for larger schools
- Additional discounts through selected partnerships (e.g. ACHPER Vic)

How schools make it work
If funding is the main barrier, many schools take a flexible approach by:
- Combining grant funding with existing school budgets
- Requesting support from their P&C / Parent Committee
- Aligning KIDDO with wellbeing or curriculum priorities
- Speaking with their Principal to explore shared funding options
If helpful, we can also share a short outline you can use when discussing this with your school leadership.
If it’s helpful, we’d be happy to check in down the track—especially around grant timing. Otherwise, feel free to reach out anytime when the timing feels right.
