If you are experiencing data syncing issues on your computer, it is likely an issue with your local web browser. 

Luckily, it is an easy fix and only takes a minute or two - simply follow the relevant link below, then download and follow the instructions, and the problem should be solved. 

  • For a Mac, click HERE
  • For an iPad, click HERE
  • For all other devices, click HERE

Note: if you need to continue entering data ASAP, an easy temporary solution is to just change browsers e.g. go from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge and then you can come back and solve the problem when you have a few minutes spare.

To avoid this issue from occurring again, ensure: 

  • Ensure every user has their own login - don't use the same login at the same time across different devices. Ensure you log out of one device before logging in on another device if using the same login.
  • Data is all synced before you move away from the data entry screen. This can take some time, depending on the strength of your internet connection. While the data is syncing, you can do other tasks on your computer, just leave the data syncing page open.
