The planner has been designed for classroom teachers to plan and deliver regular physical activity sessions - whether in the form of morning fitness, class or year-group sport, or Friday afternoon sport! KIDDO has pre-filled your schedule with activities, however, the planner is customisable and you can choose the activities that suit you.
Questions we answer here:
- Where do I find the planner?
- How do I change the activities in the planner?
- Can I schedule more than one activity each day?
- How far in advance can I schedule the activities?
- Can I print off the planner?
1. Where do I find the planner?
- Click on the 'Dashboard' button in the top right-hand side of the page (or the 'Dashboard' button next to your class if you teach multiple classes)
- Click on the subheading ‘Planner' (it’s between 'Lessons' and 'Students')
- Alternatively, when you are in your dashboard, you can click on the yellow icon next to 'Today's morning fitness' and it will take you to the planner
2. How do I change the activities in the planner?
- Click on the 'Customise Morning Fitness' button at the top of the page. All the KIDDO morning fitness activities that are appropriate for that age group will appear on the left-hand side
- Choose your selected activity from the list. Use the search bar to search for specific activities, or simply scroll through. Click the yellow 'View' button to see each of the activities in more detail
- Drag your selected activity to your chosen date and drop it in. NOTE: You can only customise the activities for future dates
- If you change your mind, click on the 'x' in the top right-hand corner of the activity, and then drag and drop a new activity
3. Can I schedule more than one activity each day?
- Not yet! We are working on this feature and hope to have it available shortly!
4. How far in advance can I schedule the activities?
- You can schedule the whole year of activities if you choose! You can navigate through the months by clicking on the arrow on the right-hand side above the planner
5. Can I print off the planner?
- Not yet! This is another feature we are hoping to add shortly. In the meantime, you can definitely take a screenshot (Windows, Shift, S) of the planner and print or email
